Occupational accidents are to be reported by the employer as quickly as possible and no later than 9 days after the accident. If you are an employer, legislation states that occupational accidents must be reported to the statutory industrial injury insurance as payment according to the National Board of Industrial Injuries in Denmark, Consolidated Act No 733 of 25 June 2010 might come into question.
The employer must report an industrial injury digitally via EASY, the National Board of Industrial Injuries and the Danish Working Environment Authority’s system. Sign up on easy.ask.dk or report industrial injuries through a digital form on virk.dk.
